Might resemble a Nebbiolo but actually Liatiko is one of the finest examples the Cretan vineyard has to show. Pale in colour, rustic, and lots of dried fruits and wild herbs which remind you of the hot Cretan summer. Complex, slightly tannic and intense alcohol.

The low intervention style she uses lets the variety speak for itself and its terroir. One of a kind and truly hard to get, as all of her wines. 

Perfect for pairing with food like light fish dishes or pasta, or drinking by itself.
