Tissot is the biggest name in the Jura, which is due, in part, to Stéphane’s mastery of local grape varieties. This cuvée comes from Poulsard grapes macerated for three months in 420 liters amphoras, vinified without sulfur. The wine offers a nice aromatic depth of red berries (raspberry, strawberry), a smoky touch and bright minerality. The palate is tasty and fleshy while it combines freshness and intensity in a precise style of great purity.
