Aurora Falerio - 2021

Falerio Bianco is that kind of wine we would want on the table every day: a delicious Marche wine blend with an unbeatable price/quality ratio.
Falerio Bianco is made from a blend of typical local white grape varieties such as Trebbiano, Passerina and Pecorino. In the cellar, organic farming is practiced to preserve the vitality of the vineyard, while spontaneous alcoholic fermentation and refinement of the liquid for 6 months in steel are carried out. The liquid is bottled with minimal addition of sulphur dioxide.

The Bianco Falerio Aurora shows itself in its lively straw-yellow guise in the glass. The nose is extremely engaging, composed of golden apple, lime and jasmine, outlining a refreshing and lively profile. The sip is all about smoothness while being flavourful and enveloping. The savoury trail has the dual purpose of lengthening the persistence and enticing one to taste again.
