Like often happens in Nestarec's cellar, Atyp was created without any previous idea or plan. Coming from a new micro plot, recently acquired by Milan, the grapes are a mix of many indigenous varieties. The wine is light and elegant with a cherry cassis and blackberry aroma. A bit of hay exists as well as cool cherry yogurt finish.
Atyp is a platform for discovery – No borders for Atyp. Anything is possible. Who decides where the limit is? Who decides what is and isn't over the edge?
