PetNat Amiami Vice 2022 is a modern style Burgundy pét-nat that’s hazy in colour and surprising in its lush fruitiness. Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris and Pinot Blanc blended together, with the first couple spending a few days of skin contact maceration, resulting in a pinkish, kind of funky sparkle wonder.
