A blend of regional Greek grapes grown in a shimmering, turquoise-watered paradise by mystic winegrower Vladis Sclavos, who names & talks to his vines.
His family traces their viticultural history back centuries in Cephalonia, a limestone-rich island in the Ionian Sea. Generations later, his family continues to steward regional grapes, grown in bush vines on their own rootstock (a rare thing!) with biodynamic practices and natural winemaking.
This wine is a salty, rocky, limey mood ring, with floral aromatics, a squeeze of lemon, walnut & baked apple. This is your lake-side crusher. Dig a hole in the sand and chill it directly in the water. It pairs brilliantly with tinned fish, lighter salumi and always good vibes.
