TBH the entire lineup from Chloe Chatzivariti is #Goals, but we are particularly excited about this delicious, cloudy lil freak. Completely natural and made with the ancestral method for perfect bubbles, this is a zingy, juicy, fruity fun time. The medium here is the message - PetNat (short for pétillant naturel) was the original sparkling wine and was thus, kind of a happy accident as wines bottled in the winter began to re-ferment in spring. This transformation of dormant wine into a bubbly cascade can only be described as ‘joie de vie’ and the result here has a deep pink color and explosive temperament!
Migma PetNat Rose consists of the classic blend of Goumenissa, Xinomavro (30%), and Negoska (70%). It has deep pomegranate color and impressive aromas of strawberry jam, cherry, dried cranberry, tomato compote, and raspberry. Notes of cotton candy and rose complete this special ensemble which matches perfectly with sunny afternoons, pic nics and good friends.
