Best friends at first sight! ‘AMI’ winery was born out of the desire to keep alive a friendship between talented winemaker Willy, an expert in the terroir of the Cote de Beaune, and the charismatic Paul who studied tasting philosophy. The grapes come from old, organic vineyards, resting on calcareous clay soils that impart delicate, mineral elegance.
Aged for 18 months, in 75% used oak & 25% new to add subtle and integrated spice.
