The type of joyous white ready to whisk you away to a small Mediterranean island without a second thought. The Tsililis Terres project by Ioanna Tsilili is just making its first steps, but has been a project of love and thought for some years now. Producing great wines from Meteora and mostly using native varieties was Ioanna's vision. This blend consists of Assyrtiko and Malagouzia. Each variety is fermented separately in a stainless-steel tank and then the blend matures for 2 months with its fine wine lees. The result is overflowing with freshness and juicy lemony fruit.
