In her paradise in Southern Rethymno, Iliana Malihin never stops looking for old vineyards, forming bonds with local producers who respect their land and use organic practices. Next to her very well-known Vidiano wines, she adds this Thrapsathiri which comes in very limited quantities. Low intervention, full of live and Mediterranean herbs, and intense fruit. Light, crisp, refreshing white with a floral note and a beautifully balanced acidity.
