Mangata white - 2021

Mångata is the bright path-reflection that creates the moonlight on the sea. With absolute respect to the ecosystem and returning to the family vineyard to restore their connection with nature, the Kontogiannis family produces Mångata Savvatiano, a wine of "natural" vinification from the family biodynamic vineyard, the age of which exceeds 50 years old. The wine is produced without any intervention and ferments spontaneously with native yeasts. Extremely crispy and oily at the same time with an almost effortless harmony in the way it delivers its expressive yet balanced aromas. One of Savvatianos' expressions that place the variety on a different perspective.
