Emilios Andrei creates from old prephylloxera vines of the Kotsifali variety, giving an excellent version of mountain viticulture wine from vineyards in the hinterland of Chania, at the foot of the White Mountains. Finesse, fruit, "air" are elements that characterize this fine wine. Whole bunch fermentation used, enhances the elegance of the wine and its floral character. A wine not so structural but more energetic, full of freshness, with tempered alcohol and ultra-elegant structure in the mouth. A very fresh winemaking approach that is based on the fantastic raw material offered by old vines. If you prefer "bombs" and "oak soups" it's probably not your wine!
