Vladi Sclavos produces and markets a great range of wines with an emphasis on local varieties. However, what made him more widely known is that he is regarded as the guru of biodynamic cultivation in Greece.
With a cherry red color, this rosé with two native grapes seduces with its intense nose on the fresh red berries (cherry, currant, strawberry). There are then aromas of caramel and even a minty note. The name “Alchymist” derives from a very old Greek expression, a mixture of the words “Alchemist” and “xymos = the juice”. Indeed, a nose quite in alchemy with the body that fits in the same aromatic continuity (red fruits, mint) with a nice concentration and a fine acidity.
