Behind this fresh-faced fizz is Evmorfia Kostakis — a driven winemaker with studies in Chemistry, Oenology, and currently a MW candidate. With co-founder Lorenz Immerfall DipWSET, she’s built Kostaki Winery on Samos to explore the quieter, more refined side of Muscat Blanc à Petits Grains.
