Viñedos en Labastida is where Rioja starts to show a little more depth and quiet confidence. Sourced from two standout vineyards—one 45 years old, the other a remarkable 80—this wine leans heavily on Tempranillo, with around 10% Garnacha and a subtle lift from a few white varieties.
Hand-harvested, destemmed, and co-fermented in concrete, it’s made with a light touch but plenty of intent. The older vines bring concentration and character, while the blend keeps things lively and balanced.
It’s Rioja with a bit more soul—still easygoing, but with an extra layer of intrigue that keeps you coming back for another sip.
