Ni by Chatzivariti is not your average orange wine — it's a bold, amphora-fermented expression of Malagousia that showcases both ancient technique and modern elegance.

Hand-harvested grapes are crushed and left to ferment naturally with wild yeasts in clay amphorae — no additives, no fining, no filtration, and just a whisper of sulfur before bottling. After a month-long skin contact, the wine is aged for 4 months in old French oak and a further 6 months in bottle, resulting in a layered, structured gem.

In the glass, Ni shines a brilliant amber-orange with chestnut hues. Aromas burst from the glass — think orange zest, sun-dried stone fruits, dried flowers, honey, bergamot, and a touch of cedar and kumquat. On the palate, it’s textured, tannic, and full of life, with bright acidity and a long, satisfying finish.

This is Malagousia, but not as you know it — wild, complex, and absolutely unforgettable.
