Goyo García Viadero

GGV - 1986

€234,00

Some bottles are wines. Others are time capsules. GGV 1986 belongs firmly in the second category — an extraordinarily rare expression of Ribera del Duero, crafted from century-old vineyards and produced in an almost mythical quantity of just 200 bottles. Yes, two hundred. Blink and they’re gone.

Rooted in the timeless tradition of Tempranillo, this wine is a tribute to patience, heritage and the quiet pursuit of absolute quality. The ancient vines are farmed naturally, without pesticides or synthetic chemicals, and harvested by hand to ensure only the best fruit makes the journey from vineyard to cellar.

Deep, brilliant garnet red. Aromas of ripe red fruits unfold alongside gentle spice and delicate earthy notes. The palate is refined and balanced, with graceful structure, persistent freshness and a long, enveloping finish that lingers like a good memory.

Rare, soulful and deeply expressive — a collector’s bottle that still remembers how to be delicious. Best enjoyed slowly, preferably with great food, better company, and nowhere to rush off to.
