La Concova may be one of José’s larger parcels in San Vicente, but for Camino de Ribas, he cherry-picks the best bits—old vines rooted in chalky soils that bring both energy and structure to the wine.
Led by Garnacha, with a supporting cast of Tempranillo, Garnacha Blanca, and a mix of other red and white varieties, everything is co-fermented together, creating a wine that’s as harmonious as it is characterful.
It’s vibrant, layered, and just a little wild around the edges—in the best way. Juicy fruit meets a chalky backbone, giving you a wine that feels both generous and lifted at the same time.
Playful but purposeful, Camino de Ribas is Rioja with a twist—proof that José isn’t afraid to let Garnacha take the lead and have a bit of fun with it.
