Equal parts elegance and energy, this red comes from the high-altitude village of Pumareña (650 m), where vines over 100 years old dig deep into slate and clay soils — basically nature’s seasoning cabinet.\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp class=\"isSelectedEnd\"\u003e\u003cspan\u003eA blend of \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e70% Mencía\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e and \u003c\/span\u003e\u003cstrong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e30% Palomino Fino\u003c\/span\u003e\u003c\/strong\u003e\u003cspan\u003e, it’s harvested at the turn of autumn, fermented gently with whole berries, and given a long three-month maceration for extra character.
