For a limited time, Volta is back at its premises. Summer adventures and #voltaontour are on hold (briefly) to welcome chef Akira Sugiura.

Akira, born in Kanagawa Japan, is a chef of multitudes. He first started as Head Chef at Papi restaurant in Paris where he interpreted traditional European dishes with a Japanese eye, creating a wholly unique perspective in the process.

Now, he has been doing a whistle stop worldwide tour of pop-ups to great acclaim and he brings his singular culinary vision to his food. Food that is impossible to ignore.

Akira is the first Japanese chef taking over our kitchen and we are super thrilled to discover what he has to offer.
